The Computer Merchant, Ltd, (TCM) is a National Information Technology Staffing and Direct-Hire search firm. TCM has been providing IT workforce solutions to private, public, and government entities for over 30 years. The position is located at our corporate headquarters on the South Shore in Norwell approximately 20 miles from the heart of Boston.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Proven technical recruiting techniques, knowledge and performance designed to qualify, network and pipeline technical candidates for contract and direct-hire positions
• Ability to create needed search criteria to produce required matching candidate results for job order / descriptions assigned to present to client hiring managers
• Prior experience and effective use Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably JobDiva
• Accustomed to producing high level of daily activity to meet Key Performance Indicators that drive result.
• Lead generation resulting from candidate qualification process.
• Effective communication skills, written & verbal.
• Commitment to teamwork.
• Results Oriented, self disciplined, highly motivated, competitive nature with entrepreneurial attitude
• Team player.
• Capability to work under pressure.
• Prior success recruiting and building relationships with candidates for IT or Engineering positions for either contingent or direct hire staffing services.
• Drive to earn six figure income
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
